Jason Raymond and VT Folklife Center

Raymond and the VT Folklife Center’s innovative teaching idea, “Future Paths, Open Roads,” is a collaboration between the Burlington Technical Center’s Digital Media Lab and the Vermont Folklife Center. Providing students with the opportunity to explore career possibilities in creative media arts, this is a hands-on technology project that also focuses on building students’ technical skills. Students will interview creative media professionals, giving them the opportunity to build relationships and rapport with such experts through a common interest. Students will create a website to present the images and audio files from their interviews.
