The team’s innovative teaching idea, “Be a Hero by Being Prepared,” focuses on providing middle and high school students a unique opportunity to learn, practice and demonstrate life-saving skills and competencies. Students will be taught and will be able to demonstrate the proper techniques of basic first aid, CPR/AED, Heimlich maneuver and receive fire extinguisher training.
