myVoyage is a digital experience that brings personalized guidance and data-driven insights to help you get your workplace benefits and finances in sync. Using your personal goals and benefits data, myVoyage provides tailored insights, educational resources and personalized guidance to help you make informed benefits and financial decisions. Depending on the benefits and accounts available through your employer, myVoyage can help you manage retirement planning, track health savings account (HSA) balances, understand your insurance coverage and and help you see where you stand, set and track goals like saving for college or paying off debt, and get insights to help along the way.

Voya helps individuals save for retirement through workplace retirement plans, IRAs, investment solutions, personalized guidance and financial wellness resources. Depending on your situation, Voya may support saving through a 401(k), 403(b), 457 plan, IRA, SEP IRA or SIMPLE IRA. Through myVoyage, educational resources and access to financial professionals, Voya helps individuals understand how much to save, monitor progress and make informed retirement decisions.

Voya offers 401(k), 403(b) and 457 retirement savings plans, depending on the type of employer offering them. 401(k) plans are typically offered by for-profit companies; 403(b) plans are common at nonprofits and schools; 457 plans are used by government and some nonprofit employers. Voya also supports SEP IRAs and SIMPLE IRAs for self-employed individuals and small businesses. Your employer determines which plan type is available to you.

Voya supports 401(k)-to-IRA rollovers, allowing eligible retirement savings to be transferred from a former employer’s plan into an individual retirement account. Rollover assets may be subject to an IRS 10% premature distribution penalty tax. Please carefully consider the provisions of your current retirement plan and the new product for differences in cost, benefits, surrender charges, or other important features before transferring assets. Consult your own legal and tax advisors regarding your situation. Through Voya’s tools and guidance resources, individuals can evaluate their options and understand the steps relevant to their situation.

Yes, Voya offers health savings accounts (HSAs). An HSA is a tax-advantaged account that lets you set aside money for qualified medical expenses — and unused funds roll over year to year. Voya’s HSA can also be included and linked in the myVoyage platform, offering a connected view of your out of pocket health spending alongside your other employee benefits, retirement and emergency savings accounts. HSAs are available to individuals enrolled in an HSA-eligible high-deductible health plan (HDHP) through their employer.

Voya offers supplemental insurance coverages that can complement your primary health insurance and which help with out-of-pocket expenses after a covered accident, illness or hospital stay. These coverages — sometimes called voluntary or supplemental benefits — pay a benefit directly to you, giving you flexibility in how you use it. Supplemental health insurance is typically offered at the workplace during open enrollment but offers the ability to take the coverage with you if you should change jobs, and pay the insurance company directly

Voya works with financial professionals, brokers and consultants — not around them. Voya’s financial professional solutions include a wealth management platform, business development support, practice management resources and transition support for financial professionals moving to independence. Financial professionals can also access Voya’s full retirement and benefits lineup to recommend integrated workplace solutions for their employer clients. Voya’s stated commitment: win business for financial professionals, not compete with them for clients.
