Upgrades effective June 2, 2023 


With our upgrades to the login process, security for your account is now improved and aligned with the latest best practices. The upgrades will also help reduce potential fraudulent use of your accounts. As a show of appreciation for trusting us with your account, we’re also offering complementary Mastercard® ID Theft Protection™, which helps defend your personal information with Voya and beyond, secure your digital privacy, and resolve identity threats when they do happen. 

We have strengthened the login process for your account. Please follow the instructions below to access the portal and create a new username and password. 

  • Go to myhealthaccountsolutions.voya.com and click “Register Now.” 
  • Confirm your identity by providing your Social Security Number and one of the following options:
    • Use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will be sent by mail.
    • Provide your date of birth and a code sent to your email or phone number on file. 
    • Provide your date of birth and answer a few short questions from your personal history.
  • Create your new username and password. These will also be needed to access the mobile app. 

Please note: If you have a Voya retirement account, after you register you will be able to use your existing username and password to log in. 

Once you have visited the portal to register, please bookmark the new login link in order to continue accessing your account. 

To help keep your money safer, you are eligible to receive complementary identity theft protection via our arrangement with Mastercard.

Activating your Mastercard ID Theft Protection is easy — simply visit mastercardus.idprotectiononline.com on or after June 2, 2023, and click “Activate now” then enter your card number.
