When employers said they wanted to see increased utilization of their supplemental insurance benefits, we listened. With that goal in mind, we created Voya Claims 360, a set of innovative processes that kick off during claims to help employees get the most from their benefits.

Voya Claims 360 seeks to engage and educate employees about their benefits while encouraging greater use when they’ve experienced a covered event. The results speak for themselves: During the first six months of the program, $126,440 in unexpected benefit payments were made across 31 covered employees.*

Filing a claim may require any necessary medical records or proof of claim as determined during the review process. A complete description of benefits, limitations, exclusions and termination of coverage will be provided in the certificate of insurance and riders. All coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the group policy. If there is any discrepancy between this document and the group policy documents, the policy documents will govern.
