Industry leadership and affiliations

We continue to develop and augment tools and resources that educate employees about corporate responsibility-related practices and how corporate responsibility can impact their specific roles and improve outcomes. We actively participate in industry committees and studies to both assist us in developing our internal strategy and promote advancement of the industry.

Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals (ACCP)

ACCP advances the effectiveness of corporate social impact by sharing knowledge, fostering solutions and cultivating inclusive peer communities. As a strategic resource for corporate responsibility professionals, ACCP provides access to practical insights, relevant tools and meaningful connections that help companies identify and understand trends, improve their results and expand their impact. Voya has been an ACCP member since 2006.  

CEO Commission for Disability Employment

The CEO Commission for Disability Employment was founded by Voya Financial, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) to advance disability inclusive employment by inspiring and engaging business leaders to drive change through policy, practice and culture. Voya became a founding member when the Commission launched in 2020.

Disability:IN

Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Disability:IN partners with leading companies and drives progress through initiatives, tools and expertise that deliver long-term business impact. This corporate partnership allows members to connect with Disability:IN subject matter experts and other corporate partners to drive disability inclusion. Voya joined Disability:IN in 2017.

Seramount

Seramount is the preeminent organization for diversity thought leaders within mid- to large-size organizations to share best practices and develop innovative solutions for culture change. Seramount’s employee-centric talent solutions and strategies combine research, expert advisory and innovative technology to unlock what’s possible with a truly engaged workforce. Voya joined Seramount in 2019.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Green Power Partnership

EPA’s Green Power Partnership seeks to increase demand for green power by working with organizations and communities across the U.S. to access, choose and use green power. By using green power, EPA Partners can help reduce the effects of air pollution and emissions associated with conventional electricity use while supporting the domestic development of clean energy resources. Voya has been an EPA Green Power Partner since 2008.

Global Electronics Council (GEC) EPEAT Purchaser

An EPEAT Purchaser is an organization recognized by the Global Electronics Council (GEC) for its excellence in green procurement of electronics. These purchasers have policies that require them to buy EPEAT-registered products, which meet stringent sustainability criteria for energy efficiency and environmental impact across their full lifecycle. By purchasing EPEAT products, these organizations demonstrate a commitment to reducing their environmental footprint and supporting a sustainable future. Voya has received the EPEAT Purchaser Award from 2018-2021 and 2023-2025.

National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)

NMSDC advances business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises through targeted programs and educational resources designed to strengthen capabilities, support sustainable growth and contribute to a more prosperous and connected society. Voya has been a NMSDC member since 2018.

Out & Equal Workplace Advocates

Out & Equal is the world’s premier nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer workplace equality. The organization supports companies in optimizing their talent recruitment, retention and leadership development strategies. Voya joined Out & Equal in 2019.

RE100

RE100 is a global list of companies that have pledged to source 100 percent of their electricity from renewable energy to reduce CO2 emissions and advance environmentally responsible business practices. Led by The Climate Group in partnership with CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project), the RE100 campaign aims to engage, support and showcase influential businesses committed to 100 percent renewable electricity. Voya joined RE100 in 2015.

Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) was established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) of the G20 to develop voluntary recommendations for climate-related financial disclosures. The guidance for public corporations aims to help companies disclose information that is consistent, reliable, clear, efficient and decision-useful for lenders, insurers and investors. Voya became a supporter of the TCFD recommendations in 2018.
