2026 Annual Enrollment will take place Oct. 22 – Nov. 7, 2025.
Action Required: Your current health benefits will not carry over to next year. To ensure you and your family have the coverage you need, you must actively enroll in health, dental, vision and supplemental health benefits. Streamlined medical and pharmacy benefits
For 2026, we’re taking a strategic approach to medical and pharmacy benefits. You’ll continue to have two medical plan options from UnitedHealthcare, but are moving from Costco Health Solutions to Optum Rx, aligning your pharmacy benefits with UnitedHealthcare medical coverage (both part of UnitedHealth Group).
Consumer health plan enhancements
We’re making it easier to manage your health savings by continuing to offer automatic Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions for those enrolled in the Consumer Plan.
- $500 for employee-only coverage
- $1,000 for all other coverage tiers
Garner: Your partner in health cost transparency
This year, we continue to offer Garner, a cutting-edge cost and quality transparency tool available to those enrolled in one of our UnitedHealthcare medical plans.
More choice for dental coverage
Starting in 2026, you’ll have two dental plan options so you can select the coverage that best fits your family’s needs and budget.
